A support group to help you move through the grief process
Our GriefShare support group is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. Through this 13-week group, you’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief. Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll learn helpful ways of coping with grief, in all its unpredictability—and gain solid support each step of the way.
While everyone’s response to loss is unique, people facing loss and grief will experience many of the same challenges. The weekly GriefShare topics address these common struggles—providing valuable tips, encouragement, and direction.
“When I lost my husband, I was very distraught until I found GriefShare. It changed my mindset & life by giving me the tools I needed to get through. I am still involved, but now I help others get through their grief.”

We recognize that grief impacts our youths differently than adults. B4Y is a biblically-based support group for youth in 4th -12 grades. Our curriculum will support youth participants whose emotional health has been affected by death and loss factors. Our support ministry incorporates social, emotional, and spiritual learning. We will engage participants in a healthy and spiritual approach regarding grief and provide a safe platform to share their grief journey.
Youths will have breakout discussion groups arranged by age group. Participants will meet for six weeks. Each session will have an Objective, Bible, Lesson, Discussion, and Life Application
